Ich hatte immer wieder mal Fragen und jedes Mal hatte ich Kompetente Leute am Telefon und sogar durchwahlen bekommen. Ich hoffe das die Versicherung nie wichtig wird für mich aber ich gehe mit einem guten Gefühl in mein Business weil ich wirklich das Gefühl habe eine starken Partner an der Seite zu haben. Ich habe länger überlegt wegen der Versicherung. Nicht wegen exali selbst sondern ob ich sie benötige. One small point of difficulty was with the language setting. I live in Germany, but my German is not yet professional, so I preferred to follow the process in English. However, when I changed the language to English, the insurance models and available services also changed, and some options became hard to find or unavailable. In the end, I used Google Translate to complete everything in German, and it worked out fine.

Everything during the account setup was flawless, and the insurance was available within a few minutes after completing the questionary. Their account portal gives you also all the information available at one place. There were some questions that needed to be confirmed, for which their support team was able to assist in in a timely manner. Overall, I would highly recommend Exali to anyone looking for an insurance provider that needs liability insurance in a complicated organizational setup. 13.09.2024 | 09:28 Uhr VerifiziertIch bin sehr zufrieden, insgesamt bin ich jetzt 9 Jahre bei Exali und hatte dann doch tatsächlich auch mal einen Schadenfall, in Form einer Abmahnung. Ich hatte die Abmahnung bereits abgewickelt, einen Anwalt beauftragt, die Unterlassungserklärung modifizieren lassen, das Problem behoben, den Anwalt und den gemindertetn Abmahnungsbetrag bezhalt. Ca. 3 Monate später als ich meine Jahresmeldung bei Exali gemacht habe ist mir eingefallen das ich doch für genau diesen Fall versichert sein müsste, also habe ich am 11.09.24 kurz bei Exali angerufen, den Fall geschildert, einen Link für die Schadenmeldung bekommen, den Schaden gemeldet und am 13.09.24 kam direkt die Zusage für den Versicherungsschutz bekommen. I found good insurance (Software Engineer IT sole trader company) for a good price in EU, while some of locals insurance propose only low amount for the much higher price. Great and fast service.
