It was okay, he spoke good enough English but he was not able to fully explain to me what is written clearly in the contract to me, like why is one insurance cheaper than the other and therefore it did not give me the confidence in him but I trusted him anyways.But alas, he gave adequate information but I don't understand why can't I have the cheaper options or tariff when I saw online at the store.
