My experience has been positive, and I would gladly recommend this bank. They work swiftly and efficiently and are patient. I took off one star because I would have appreciated having access to English-language texts explaining some of the key legal issues. I know of at least one other bank where one can switch all interfaces to English - from online banking to ATMs to other key documents one receives via snail mail.
