I tried to call you customer service to get information about the insurance that can best fit my needs for a future trip. On Saturday I called only 15 minutes before the closing time of the call center so I was not expecting an answer. But today I called 45 minutes before your closing time without any answer. I really can't believe that such a big insurance company like yours provide just a bad customer service (probably the management did not estimate the amount of calls correctly and did n not plan enough customer care agents to handle the phone calls). That is a shame. I however booked an insurance si I hope the services you offer and the assistance are much better than your customer service.
