The Allianz agency is very professional. Everything was explained thoroughly. Several meetings were set up to guide me through on line registration and getting a VWL insurance. Since the working language of Allianz is German, and my comprehension is lower than average, everything was explained in English in person. The employees are very service oriented and patient. Highly recommended!
