*** was extremely professional, accommodating and knowledgeable about the insurance package that I discussed with him. My German Language skills is Not so great as yet so *** took his time to clarify and explain the terms of the packages to me. He also kept to his promise to provide feedback to me on topics that he was not a specialist on. I definitely will work with *** in the future and have referred him to my colleagues and friends.
