Most miserable identification service I have ever used. I have tried min. 10 times to get an identification specialist (whatever that is) on the line. No response. Contacted Customer Support which told me my line was too slow (BS - I am at 1GB). After I told them this they told me that I should use the app instead of the browser based system (LoL). Didn't work either of course. They just are not staffing adequately - full stop. Warning every online service to use them - bad, bad user experience. I will just not sign up for the intended service - full stop!
