There's no way to use the application from the web (browser) and their mobile app sucks and is not user friendly at all. There's no English language support in the app. It doesn't matter if you buy the most expensive plan like me, the communication with them is still a huge problem. I regret taking this insurance and wanted to switch to a different PKV on the day 1. This is the worst insurance in the market
