I've used Hansemerkur for about 5 years worth of travel without any significant claims. More recently I've had to make several claims whilst travelling Australia, including general GP appointments, specialist appointments and ultrasound-guided procedures - I was extremely happy with Hansemerkur covering everything. The wait is fairly long (approx. 3 months), but I'd absolutely recommend them nontheless!
