Complete disaster. I had several calls today to try to organize an insurance for my family I was going first endlessly to automatic phone system. finally I got an operator that did not talk in english ( she was even closing the call once I was politely asking to transfer the call to another operator )... I called again... 30 min at the phone waiting. Axa must improve urgently their customer service I finally decided to go with ***.
