AXA did not pay for my Mounjaro medicine. My doctor gave me the prescription to help control my A1C blood sugar level. Your kundenservice said that they would verify that you would pay for the medicine for that reason, and call me too let me know. I have not received that call yet. Last year AXA paid for Oszempic for the same reason, but I had problems with the side effects, so my doctor wanted to try the new medicine.
