Herr Wittich has been really professional and friendly, explaining me everything in an easily understandable way and replying clearly to each one of my questions. His English was very good, and this helped me a lot since my spoken German is still quite basic. Furthermore, he drew a clear line between optional and included services, telling me what options I could / could not exclude from the policy without pressing me in subscribing them.
