The time dedicated by Mr. Waters in explaining me the policies available, and matching them to my needs was a strong influencing factor (along with a competitive price of the product) for me to finally decide to go ahead with his quotations. A 1-2h talk over the phone (while seeing the PC screen of Mr. Waters while he configured the various policies) was strongly helpful, especially for new-comers to Frankfurt and/or non-German speakers, and would definitively encourage that to be maintained.
