This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. I purchased insurance with Dr. *** before traveling to Germany because the embassy required proof of insurance. However, my travel process was not completed, and I never entered Germany. Therefore, I never used or activated the insurance. I contacted the company to cancel the contract, but my request was rejected without any fair consideration. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I ended up losing €*** for a service I never used. In contrast, I previously dealt with another insurance company, and when I requested cancellation under similar circumstances, I received a full refund. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I do not understand why I was charged for insurance coverage that I never actually used. This will definitely be my last experience with this company, and I would not recommend it to others.

Ich wünsche mir, das der Preis so bleibt, denn ich persönlich möchte ihre Langzeit Krankenversicherung ab August noch einmal nutzen, da ich sehr zufrieden war! Danke nochmal für das sichere Gefühl, was sie mir in den sieben Monaten gegeben haben auch wenngleich ich sie Gott sei Dank nicht in Anspruchbehmen brauchte. Liebe Grüße ***
