Der Zugang einer Mitarbeiterin wurde einfach so gelöscht. Die E-Mail kann nicht mehr verwendet werden. Als Lösung wurde vorgeschlagen einen neue E-Mail für die Mitarbeiterin anzulegen um sich damit auf Penta zu registrieren. Wir haben das Konto daher geschlossen. |
Leider! Schlimmer geht nicht!
Wie die vorhergehenden Bewertungen zustande kommen ist uns ein Rätsel.
Miese Kommunikation, Antworten auf E-Mails dauern ewig, als erste Antwort kommt meistens "danke für dein Verständnis, aber wir warten noch auf Antwort der Solaris Bank".
Genau das ist das große Problem - Penta ist keine eigenständige Bank, stellt nur die Plattform zur Verfügung und muss wegen jeder Kleinigkeit bei Solaris anfragen. Der Vertrag wird auch mit Solaris abgeschlossen, nur geben die einem keine Auskunft bei direkter Nachfrage, weil Penta Ansprechpartner ist.....

With my business steadily growing I have now nearly 30 employees, a third of them working as accountants and with bank related issues. I always had a funny feeling giving all of them full access to the company account. When I changed to Penta this part was a huge thing for me. I could set up limitations for each employee to what they can actually see of the account and even better: Everyone has a unique login, so I can retrace all the actions that have been taken in the account. Nice feature!

I am pleased I made the change from Sparkasse to Penta. Easy transactions, nice design, and very good functionality. I can also apply for more company cards in case I need to give one to my employees or business partner.

Modern design and functions. Penta also offers very affordable prices with a simple tariff plan that is displayed on their website. No hidden fees. I am very happy with my account and will stay with Penta!

When we were still with a traditional bank it was very hard to get a second company card. We were still a small business, but we needed the second card desperately as I was traveling a lot in those days and it was just so inconvenient to interchange the card all the time. The support from our previous bank was poorly and we did not manage to get the second card. When I got introduced to Penta, I sent them an email and got a quick answer confirming that there was no problem in getting a second business card. We opened the account and really, after a few days I had both cards in our letterbox. Happy life.

Alles in allem ein tolles Konto mit kundenfreundlicher Benutzeroberfläche und intuitiven Funktionen. Sehr benutzerfreundlich. Da hat mal jemand mitgedacht.
